Vadim Koptievsky: June 2010

Vadim Koptievsky distinctive style has been shaped through his contrasting career path. Starting as an architect in Moscow, Vadim would immerse his talents into creating buildings blueprints. A few years later, through studying illustration, his imagination found the freedom of expression in stage and costumes design for international theatrical and contemporary dance projects. For a last decade, his creativity extended to the world of painting, diversifying the manifestation of his professional capacity.

Vadim's works have been selected for numerous art exhibitions. His original teaching technique was summarized in a book "Drawing for Beginners" published in New York. Today, Vadim shares his rich, cross-disciplinary knowledge as a lector at Shenkar College in Israel and at various on-going artistic seminars across Europe
